My Story
Mitchell joined TriPeak in 2024 as an intern and, after graduating from Wesleyan, came on board full time. He has developed brand positioning strategies and enhanced digital communication channels. He helps drive the company's AI innovation efforts, supports its digital and software infrastructure. On the operations side, he’s supported client reporting and internal process improvement—bringing a strong blend of creativity and execution. Prior to TriPeak, Mitchell danced with the American Ballet Theatre in New York for five seasons, performing in over 70 productions at the Metropolitan Opera House.

Personal
Outside of work, Mitchell is a member of a men's rugby club. He loves to dance and is a big Knicks fan.
