TriCloud, TriPay, and TriBuild are secure, cloud-based platforms developed in-house to manage everything from capital calls to payments to construction budgets. Built on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure, they offer flexible workflows, custom dashboards, and real-time reporting — tailored specifically for fund managers and real estate operators.
We’re not a software company, but we build like one — evolving our tools constantly based on client feedback. All platforms are included at no extra cost, and we’re actively integrating AI features to make them smarter, faster, and even more powerful.

TriCloud
TriCloud is TriPeak’s in-house platform for streamlining fund operations. Designed specifically for fund managers, TriCloud supports everything from onboarding investors to tracking deal cashflows — all in one structured, easy-to-use interface. It’s built on a secure, cloud-based platform and integrates seamlessly into daily workflows, from compliance tracking to capital call execution.

Investor Onboarding: Every investor doc — from subscription agreements to compliance attestations — is logged, tracked, and tied to your deal and fund timelines. Built-in “slot count” and QP tools simplify 3(c)(1) and 3(c)(7) tracking.

Fund Oversight: Get a top-down view of each fund, its schedule of investments, and the full investor list. You always know who’s in, what’s funded, and what’s coming next.

Capital Calls & Liquidity: We manage the entire capital call process, from notices to confirmation tracking. Our proprietary "Dry Powder Report" helps clients understand callable capital vs. available liquidity in real-time.

Entities & Legal: Formation documents, org charts, entity-level debt — it’s all in one place. That includes document storage and audit-ready logs for entity-specific transactions.

Cashflows: From pro forma to actual distributions, TriCloud breaks down projected vs. realized cashflows by investor and by deal, making fund modeling and reporting much easier.

Client Access: While it’s primarily our internal operations tool, TriCloud includes a client portal that offers visibility without overwhelming users. Clients can view their info and receive real-time updates without having to ask for a PDF every week.

TriPay
TriPay is TriPeak’s in-house platform for managing vendor payments across all standard channels — ACH, wires, checks, credit cards, even tools like Venmo and PayPal.
Designed to simplify complex approval workflows, TriPay lets clients manage payables in one place without relying on outdated spreadsheets or fragmented tools.
We process several hundred payments a month through TriPay and use it to ensure every invoice is recorded, approved, categorized, and tracked — all with real-time visibility.

Multiple Payment Methods: Clients can submit and approve payments regardless of how the vendor prefers to be paid. We support ACH, Fed Wires, SWIFT, paper checks, and more.

Built as a straightforward alternative to more expensive platforms like Yardi, TriBuild supports the realities of fast-moving construction environments — without the complexity or price tag.
