My Story
Will began his career as a Scout Squad Leader in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he developed leadership, accountability, and team-building skills. After leaving the service, he earned his CPA and worked at EY in assurance services, followed by roles at Silvergate Bank and as an accounting instructor at the University of Guam. At TriPeak, he uses this unique experience to support real estate developers, private equity managers, and grow businesses with strategic financial solutions.
