Rho brings over 20 years of financial leadership across venture capital, private equity, and asset management. Before joining TriPeak, she served as CFO and CAO at CMT Digital and held senior leadership roles at Mesirow, Man Group, and Calamos Investments, with deep expertise in fund operations, M&A, and strategic finance.
My Story
Rho has led finance and operations functions for firms managing billions in assets across traditional and emerging markets. As CFO and CAO at CMT Digital, she oversaw $400M in assets spanning blockchain and private equity. Previously, she was CFO at Mesirow Advanced Strategies, managing finance for a $14B alternative investment platform, where she also led M&A initiatives, tech transformation, and cross-functional strategy.
Her career includes leadership roles at Man Group (Head of U.S. Operations), Calamos Investments (Treasurer and VP of Operations), and early experience in audit at Ernst & Young, focused on financial services firms. In addition to her role at TriPeak, she serves on advisory boards and consults through RB Consulting.
