Erik brings over 20 years of experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and real estate finance. At TriPeak, he helps developers structure complex transactions and solve high-stakes modeling challenges, drawing on a career that includes senior roles at Merced Capital, Piper Jaffray, and Bank of America.
My Story
Erik’s career spans both institutional investing and real estate development. He served as a Senior Investment Analyst at Merced Capital (formerly EBF & Associates) for a decade, focusing on asset-backed strategies and private investments. Prior to that, he was a Medical Technology Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Jaffray and a Credit Analyst at Bank of America (LaSalle Bank NA). Since 2006, he has also contributed investment expertise to Dennis Properties, working across asset classes and capital structures. At TriPeak, Erik specializes in real estate financial modeling and transaction support.
